Shipping & Returns
All orders placed via this website will be managed by our distribution partner, Aimia Foods Ltd, on our behalf. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped.
Which courier will deliver my order?
All orders are shipped via Parcelforce. Parcelforce deliveries can take place between Monday and Saturday.
When will my order be despatched?
We will aim to dispatch all qualifying orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday for 1-3 day delivery (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched by the following Tuesday. Once the order has been despatched you will receive tracking information. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our UK orders are delivered within 24 hours of the order being despatched, although some consignments may take a little longer depending on the destination.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charge is automatically calculated in the checkout process for you - based on postcode and on total price of all items ordered.

Returns Procedure:
Should you wish to return goods which have been ordered incorrectly or classed as non-faulty, we will accept requests returns up to 14 days after you have received the goods (for reference received time for the goods starts from the date you have signed for the goods (signature from courier service is recorded for reference).
We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. – damaged after delivery).
