How we made it:
After hearing from hundreds of tea drinkers (yep, we did our homework), we tested and tweaked the blend until we got the balance just right — bold, smooth, and unmistakably Lancashire. Even in a Spanish villa. Here is Tony Warr, our Master Tea Blender talking about how he did it!
“We brought some Spanish water back home with us and set about tasting teas from every corner of the world, all while keeping that distinctive Lancashire flavour we know and love right at the heart of everything we do.
After blending the finest teas from Kenya, Malawi and India, we reckon we've crafted something really special – a proper brew that'll give you a lovely taste of home while you're soaking up the Spanish sunshine.
Make our Spanish Brew blend just like you would back home: use freshly boiled water (Spanish water works a treat!), let it brew for at least 3 minutes to get the full flavour, then add your milk and sugar just how you like it.
A warming cup of home from home. The only thing we'd suggest? Try not to get any sand in it!”.
